You open your computer, feeling ready to have another round of Bingo after last night's exciting game. You then access your favorite Internet Bingo site and register your personal information to verify your membership to that website. After that, you are now set to meet your favorite online Bingo chatters and players.
Pre-game Bingo Chat terms
The game is several minutes away from starting. That means you have enough time to talk to those who have joined the Bingo chat room. You start by typing "GBH." This is a way to greet your Bingo pals as this term means "Great Big Hug."
You try to liven the Bingo chat room's atmosphere by cracking up some jokes. To clear that you do not really mean what you say, just type "J/J", which means "Just Joking." Or, type "JK" which means "just kidding."
Some could not help but laugh at your jokes so you receive a message "LOL" or "Laugh out loud." When you get "ROFL," that means your fellow Bingo player is "rolling on the floor laughing." Although that does not mean that the person is literally doing it, it is a way for your pal to show that your joke or comment is well-appreciated. You may also encounter the term "LMAO". this means "Laughing my ass off." If other players do not get what you meant with that comment or joke, just type "FIO." This means "Figure it out."
When the game is about to start, you try to settle some things in your house so you type BRB or "Be right back." Another way of saying that is by typing BBL, which means "Be back later." Just a few seconds before the game, your fellow player typed "WB," which means "Welcome back."
Chat terms during the Bingo game
Wish everyone luck by typing "GLE1" or "Good luck everyone." You can also type "GL2U," which means "Good luck to you." During the Bingo game, you can update your fellow pals on the number of spaces left that you need to mark. Do this by typing "TG" and include the number of balls left before you hit Bingo, for example, "TG3." This means you have three more balls left before you win the Bingo game.
If someone informs you of his TGs, you can "GJ" or "Good job." If you are not interested, then send your pal the message "OIC," which means a neutral "Oh, I see" response. But, if you win the Bingo game, just type "TA" to say "Thanks again" to your Bingo pals who have sent Congratulations and GJ messages. Wish them luck in their next game and type "BLNT" or "Better luck next time."
