Translating the Bingo Number Nicknames

There are no standard nicknames for the different numbers you see on your bingo card. But there are nicknames that are often used quite commonly than others so you can expect to become familiar with them as you keep playing bingo. Sometimes the nicknames don't make sense but in a way they are meant to be humorous so that it adds to the entertainment in a bingo hall.

But the nicknames for your bingo numbers aren't there just for the fun of it or for the sake of tradition. They also help clarify and confirm what number was announced by the caller. So the nicknames are quite useful in that sense.

The list you see below will show you the numbers on your bingo cards along with the nicknames used for each number. You can be sure there are more nicknames out there than what this list can come up with. Some bingo cards have up to 90 numbers on them so we've made a list of all 90 nicknames you might encounter.
